延期有限切开内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床回顾性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的对延期有限切开内固定治疗的34例Pilon骨折进行临床回顾性研究。方法收集我院2004年9月至2010年3月34例Pilon骨折,其中男20例,女14例,年龄18~55岁,平均年龄40.9岁,左侧18例,右侧15例,双侧1例,交通事故伤18例,高处坠落伤16例。按Ruedi-Allgower分型,Ⅰ型8例,Ⅱ型16例,Ⅲ型10例,均应用延期有限切开技术治疗。本组病例应用AO三叶草型钢板固定10例,LCP型钢板固定24例,植入自体骨者7例,异体松质骨粒者1例。结果术后随访时间8个月至6年,平均22个月。采用Mazur踝关节症状与功能评分系统进行评分。优23例,良6例,可5例。总优良率达到85.3%。结论重点考虑骨折分型,选择正确的手术时机、手术方法和内固定材料,采用延期有限切开的方法来尽量保护软组织,术中术后重视预防感染和康复功能锻炼,可取得较满意的临床疗效。
