摘要
溶剂甲醇过程的溶剂选择至关重要。本文筛选了三乙二醇二甲醚(TRIGLYME)作为溶剂,测定了甲醇在该溶剂中的溶解度及活度系数。在本文的研究条件下,甲醇的溶解特性符合亨利定律,经实验数据回归,亨利系数H=03743exp(-30136T)MPam3mol-1。通过与其他溶剂比较后可以得出:按甲醇在不同溶剂中的溶解度大小排序:TGIGLYME>TEGDME>Squalane>VestowaxSH105三乙二醇二甲醚对甲醇具有较好的溶解特性,因此是可供溶剂甲醇过程使用的性能良好的溶剂之一。
It is of importance to select appropriate solvent in Solvent Methanol Process (SMP) Triethylene glycol dimethyl ether (TRIGLYME) was used as the solvent in this experiment The solubility and activity coefficient of methanol in this solvent was measured The experimental results under the experimental conditions show that Henry's law can be used for the binary system of methanol with TRIGLYME The relation of Henry's constant to temperature is as followed: H=0 3743exp(-3013 6/T) By comparing with other solvents, it was concluded that the order of the solubility of methanol in various solvents is: TRIGLYME>TEGDME>Squalane>Vestowax SH105 Within the ranges of the concentration and temperature in the present study, activity coefficients of methanol are unchangeable with the composition of methanol but decrease with increasing temperature, the activity coefficients of TRIGLYME increase with the composition of TRIGLYME and the temperature It is concluded that the solvent selected in this paper is the better solvent for Solvent Methanol Process This work provides the basis for engineering design of SMP
