摘要
在海洋经济成为世界经济重要组成部分的今天，越来越多的国家和地区开始重视海洋所带来的经济效益。广西是唯一有海洋的民族自治区，也是我国的海洋大省之一，如何充分利用其海洋旅游资源，使海洋旅游得到一体化发展，挖掘其经济潜力，使其成为发展海洋旅游产业的优势。文章提出了建设广西海洋旅游产业圈的概念，通过对广西沿海城市海洋旅游发展情况、海洋旅游资源特点和现存的问题进行分析，提出了建设海洋旅游产业圈应注意的问题和具体措施。
Nowadays, Marine economy has become a main component of global economy; as a result, more and more countries and regions come to attach more importance to it. Guangxi is the single national autonomy located off the sea as one of our big ocean provinces. This paper suggests the idea to build an industry circle distinguished by marine tourism in Guangxi in order to get the best out of its ocean tourism resources, to dig out its economic potential and to make it a great power standing out as a marine tourism destination by combining its tourism and ocean. Through a careful study of the situation of the coastal tourism development, the features of its ocean resources and some existing problems, the author puts forward his suggestion that during the establishment of this circle, there are some problems to notice, and meanwhile some specific measures are also given.
