摘要
依据基于插值的二叉树(IBB) 的基本原理,实现了二值图像的二叉树法压缩,并且针对电力工程图纸本身的特点,对算法作了进一步改进,与普通的步长法压缩相比,压缩比有了很大提高。
According to the theory of interpolation based bintree (IBB), a compression algorithm for binary images is presented. The algorithm is then modified and a new one is proposed with due consideration of specific features of the electrical engineering drawing. Compared with the conventional compression method with step length, the compression ratio of the new algorithm is increased distinctly. An example is given.
