摘要
以盆栽的2年生常绿欧洲荚蒾幼苗为试材,研究了干旱胁迫对其生理指标的影响。结果表明:在干旱胁迫条件下,常绿欧洲荚蒾叶片中的叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,相对电导率、脯氨酸、丙二醛、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量呈上升趋势。常绿欧洲荚蒾对干旱胁迫有较强的适应性,是一种耐旱性较强的园林植物。
This paper mainly studied on relevant physiological indexes of Viburnum opulus under drought stress treatment for 28 days with 2-year potted seedlings.The result showed that under drought stress,chlorophyll content appeared a decreasing trend,the content of free proline,MDA,soluble sugar,soluble protein and the conductivity percentage had an increasing trend.All the changes of physiological indexes showed that the plant had a better adaptability for drought stress and it's a drought resistance plant species.
