摘要
全面阐述了用1100℃级轻质无石棉纯硬硅钙石型防火板保护钢结构的新方法、新技术,对该防火板生产工艺技术条件和高温耐火胶粘剂以及用1100℃轻质无石棉硅酸钙防火板保护钢板件的结构进行了深入研究,提出了该防火板科学合理和施工方便的保护钢板件的设计结构图,用厚20~30mm的轻质无石棉硅酸钙防火板保护钢构件。
This article fully describes new method and new technology for steel structure protection with 1100 ℃ class light asbestos-free calcium silicate fireproof board. The author deeply studies on technical conditions of the board production process, high temperature fireproof glue and steel member structure protected by 1100 ℃ class light asbestos-free calcium ilicate fireproof board. He provides structure design drawing for protection of steel plate member with this fireproof board in reasonable and convenient construction conditions. The refractoriness limit is up to 3~4 hours after using 20~30 thickness light asbestos-free calcium silicate fireproof board to protect steel member.
