shRNA慢病毒质粒的构建技巧 被引量:3

摘要 携带shRNA慢病毒质粒的慢病毒宿主范围广,能感染分裂期与非分裂期细胞,转染效率高,shRNA在宿主细胞中能高效、长期稳定地表达,因此shRNA慢病毒载体正被越来越广泛地应用于RNAi研究和疾病治疗中。
