Mechanical properties of corrosion-resistant coatings of biomass boiler pipes

摘要 采用高速电弧喷涂技术在20钢表面制备FeNiCrTi涂层。结合显微组织、显微硬度、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析、X射线衍射等分析方法对涂层的组织结构、力学性能及拉伸断口形貌进行研究分析。结果表明:FeNiCrTi涂层主要由固溶相的凝片叠加组成,中间夹杂着氧化物相、未熔颗粒相和孔隙;涂层具有较高的显微硬度和内聚强度,以及良好的抗热震性能。拉伸断口的微观特征为:固溶相的韧性韧窝特征、叠层间凝片分离脱开、未熔颗粒整体拔出。 FeNiCrTi coatings were deposited on 20 steel substrate by high velocity arc spraying.Microstructure,mechanical properties and tensile fracture behavior of the coatings were studied and analyzed by means of optical microscopy(OM),micro-hardness test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) with energy dispersire spectrometer(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that FeNiCrTi coatings exhibit laminated microstructure which consists of Fe-Ni solid solution,oxide phase,un-melted particles and pores.FeNiCrTi coatings have relatively high micro-hardness,high strength and excellent thermal shock resistance.The tensile fracture of the coatings is characterized by ductile dimples of solid solution phases,separation of laminated structure and pull-out of un-melted particles.
