妇科手术后尿潴留 被引量：45

摘要 术后尿潴留是指膀胱内充满尿液但不能自行排出的症状,系术后常见并发症。妇科手术为盆腔手术,更与尿潴留密切相关。重视围手术期的危险因素、及时识别与诊断、合理处理及其相关的合并症、规范手术技巧、积极预防与治疗,可降低术后尿潴留的发生率,减轻患者痛苦。对术后尿潴留的定义、发生机制、危险因素、预防、诊断与治疗几方面进行综述。
