摘要
目的:探讨喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将129例患者随机分为治疗组(65例)与对照组(64例),治疗组给予喜炎平50mg/d静脉滴注,同时口服泛昔洛韦,每次250mg,每日3次;对照组给予利巴韦林500mg/d静脉滴注,3、7、12、18天观察疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率、皮损及神经痛恢复情况明显优于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平联合泛昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效良好,不良反应小。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping combined with Famciclovir on herpes zoster.Methods：There 129 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.65 patients of treatment group were given Xiyanping injection 50mg/d,Famciclovir 250mg,3 times/d,for seven days;64 patients of control group were given ribavirin injection 500mg/d for seven days.Results：The effective rate,the skin lesions and pain effective of treatment group was better than the control group.The difference of the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xiyanping incombination with Famciclovir is effective and safe in treatment of herpes zoster.
