摘要
该文通过对西部大开发战略实施效果的测评,探讨新疆经济发展与电力消费的关联关系,从经济发展、居民消费水平、能源消费结构、工业内部结构四个方面,运用计量经济模型对新疆经济发展与电力消费的关系进行了实证研究,通过建立回归模型以及运用格兰杰因果关系检验,得出结论:经济发展与电力消费之间存在单向的Granger因果关系;城镇居民人均可支配收入对电力消费存在负相关;能源消费结构及工业内部结构的变化均对电力消费有显著的正相关影响。该文认为新疆要转变经济增长方式,优化能源消费结构,提高能源利用效率,从而实现区域经济的可持续发展。
The article,based on appraising the implementation effect of the western development,explores the relationship between economic development and electric power consumption from the following aspects： economic development,resident consumption level,the structure of energy consumption and industrial structure.It particularly makes an empirical study of the relations in Xinjiang by using the econometric model and the method of Granger Causality Test.The results show that according to short-term dynamic relation,economic development is the Granger result of the consumption of electric power,but the electric power development can not directly promote the present economic development of Xinjiang;correlation matrix shows that the per capita disposable income of urban residents and the consumption of electric power have significant negative correlation;both energy consumption structure and industrial structure have significant negative correlation and a positive correlativity.Accordingly,to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development,energy consumption,to optimize energy consumption structure,and improve energy efficiency,which will achieve the sustained development of the regional economy.
