摘要
目的:分析我院2009年51例药物不良反应(ADR)的表现与合理用药情况。方法:对2009年51例上报的资料进行整理、统计。结果:引起2009年我院ADR最多的是抗精神障碍药物,与长期用药,年龄较大有关。结论:加强ADR上报工作,从而提高药物使用的安全性。
Objective：To analyze the manifestations of adverse drug reactions（ADR） in 51 cases and rational drug use status in 2009 in our hospital.Methods：51 cases of ADR were sorted and statistically analyzed.Results：Most ADR reports were involved in psychotroptic drugs and related to the long use of drugs and the large age.Conclusion：ADR reporting should be strengthened to increase safe medication.
