摘要 飞溅是影响焊接质量的一个重要因素,为了保证焊接质量,必须对焊接飞溅加以控制。文章提出了影响点焊产生飞溅的各种因素并加以分析,提出了解决点焊飞溅问题的一系列措施。通过控制产生点焊飞溅的各种因素最终避免了焊接金属飞溅。指出正确地按照公司的标准及操作规范执行,是防止飞溅的重要保证手段。 Spatter is an important factor affected the quality of welding, in order to guarantee welding quality, the spatter must be controlled. Various factors that welding spatter generated is put forward and analyzed, a series of measures to solve the welding spatter is proposed. By controlling various factors that produced welding spatter, weld metal splash is avoided. It is indicated that implementing according to the company's standards and specifications is the important guarantee measure to prevent spatter.
