水平井开发底水油藏的物理模拟试验研究 被引量:24

摘要 采用三维可视化物理模拟试验设备,在满足模型内流体的流动符合达西渗流规律、物理试验与实际油藏具有可比性的条件下,模拟了水平井开发均质底水油藏时底水水脊形成与发展的过程,分析了底水油藏中不同水平井长度和不同生产压差下水平井的见水规律。试验结果表明:在开发均质底水油藏时,水平井的水淹模式符合"中部见水—沿井扩展—全井水淹—翼部抬升"的规律;在相同的生产压差条件下,随着水平井长度的增加,受水平井井筒摩擦损失的影响,水平井产能是非线性增加的;当水平井长度相同时,水平井的产能与生产压差成正比;生产压差过大会导致水脊脊进速度加快,无水采油期变短,且见水后含水率迅速上升;在低含水期阶段,采用长水平段和低生产压差可以有效开发底水油藏,而在高含水期阶段,对水平井采取关井压水锥措施,"控水稳油"效果十分明显。 Using three-dimensional visualization of physical simulation test equipment,the formation of bottom water coning and development was simulated when horizontal wells was used to develop homogeneous formation when the fluid flow in model is Darcy flow and the physical condition is comparable with actual field. Water flooding under different lengths of horizontal wells and different production pressures were studied. The results showed that in homogeneous reservoirs with bottom water drive, water flooding follows "the water breakthrough at the central of the horizontal wellbore, then extended along the horizontal wellhore,finally to the shoulders of coning". Under the same drawdown pressure, horizontal well productivity increased nonlinearly with the increase of horizontal length due to friction loss. When horizontal wells length were the same, the productivity was proportional to drawdown pressure. Large drawdown pressure would result in fast bottom water coning and water cut would increase quickly. At low water cut, reservoirs with longer horizontal wellbore and lower drawdown pressure could effectively develop the reservoir. At high water cut, the effect of controlling water coning and steady oil production was very obvious.
