摘要
本文研究了纯培养条件下白腐菌对一些芳香化合物的降解规律,并探讨了影响白腐菌降解芳香化合物的因素如取代基位置、数量以及对难降解芳香化合物的共代谢降解过程.
In this paper, degradation of different types of aromatic compounds by white rot fungus was dealt with, and the emphasis was focused upon the factors that threw the effect on the degradation process such as position and quantities of substituted bases in the aromatic ring. Results from the experiment also showed that degradation-resistant aromatic compound was degraded under the certain co-metabolism system.
