摘要
多年来,尽管思想政治教育受到了极大重视,但并未完全实现其功能。主要原因在于思想政治教育是大学生提高自身思想品德素质的手段,而高校主要采用规训教育的形式,这使得思想政治教育游离于大学生之外,阻碍了思想政治教育功能的充分发挥。要提高思想政治教育的实效性,就需要社会改革评价机制,提高对思想政治素质的要求,高校应进一步突出体现思想政治教育的重要性,深化研究思想政治教育内化机制,引导大学生把对待思想政治教育的态度由被动接受转化为其自身内在的需求。
For years,although ideological and political education has been attached great importance,it does not realize its function completely.The main reason is that the ideological and political education is a means to improve ideological and moral qualities for undergraduate students,but colleges and universities have been using the same teaching method as in the disciplinary education.Thus the ideological and political education always passes students by,which hampers the effectiveness of the ideological and political education into full play.To enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education,the reform of evaluation system should be involved,and requirements on ideological and political caliber should be raised.Colleges and universities should underline the significance of ideological and political education,make further research on internalization mechanism of ideological and political education,and guide the undergraduate students to change their attitude to ideological and political education from passive acceptance to their own internal needs.
