摘要
[目的]为探明乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)和乙二胺二琥珀酸(EDDS)增强重金属植物修复的机理提供理论依据。[方法]采用液体培养的方法,在向溶液中添加EDDS和EDTA的情况下,研究油菜对培养液中重金属Cd的吸收和转运情况。[结果]在EDDS和EDTA存在情况下,油菜根系Cd含量减少,地上部Cd含量与对照相比显著增加。EDDS和EDTA能增强Cd从油菜根系到地上部的转运,EDTA对Cd向油菜地上部转运的能力显著大于EDDS,这与EDTA可显著增强木质部液Cd浓度有关。[结论]EDDS和EDTA均能促进Cd从油菜根系到地上部的转运,且EDTA的能力显著大于EDDS。
[Objective] The theoretical basis of the exploration of the mechanism of the plant phyto-remediation to heavy metal by means of EDTA(EDTA) and ethylene diamine succinic acid(EDDS) was provided through the research.[Method] The absorption and transportation of the heavy metal——Cd in the liquid medium,which was added with the EDDS and EDTA for the rape culturing,was researched.[Results] Under the presence of EDDS and EDTA,the content of Cd in rape root was decreased and the content of Cd in aerial part was significantly increased than that of CK.The transportation of the Cd from root to aerial part could be enhanced.The ability of EDTA in the transportation of Cd was significantly greater than that of EDDS,which reason was the concentration of Cd in xylem was significantly enhanced.[Conclusion] Both EDDS and EDTA could enhance the transportation of the Cd from rape root to aerial part,which ability of EDTA was significantly greater than that of EDDS.
