摘要
给出一种可调无功补偿方案,克服了现有牵引变电所固定并联电容补偿的缺陷。基于实测数据,给出一种配置补偿装置补偿容量的方法。以固定补偿情况下功率因数最高时的补偿容量作为补偿装置固定补偿部分的容量,以可调补偿两臂补偿容量理论值的95%概率大值作为可调补偿部分的补偿容量。并以在两臂设置3次固定滤波器、3次可调滤波器和可调电抗器(FC3+TC3+TL)为例,通过分析其技术性能和经济效益,验证了该方案的优越性和可行性。
An adjustable reactive power compensation scheme was proposed in this paper to overcome the defect of the fixed parallel capacitor compensation used in traction substation.Based on measured data,a method to deploy the compensation capacity of compensation equipment was given.The compensation capacity when the power factor arriving the maximum in deploying is used as the fixed compensation part of adjustable compensation devices.Taking the 95% maximum probability theoretical value of two phases when adjustable compensation as the adjustable compensation part.A compensation scheme simulation of the third fixed filter,the third adjustable filter and adjustable reactors(FC3+TC3+TL)set in two phases is designed,and validates its effectiveness and feasibility by technical and economic analysis.
