摘要
本文通过比较传统的肿瘤患者病案随访管理模式,探讨了病案随访管理流程数字化的优势,结合临床与科研的需要,深入研究了病案随访软件的功能需求。针对软件功能复杂、未来需求可能变更的问题,采用先进的MVC设计模式来进行软件系统架构设计,保证了软件系统的实用性、灵活性和扩展性。实践证明:采用病案随访数字化管理系统对提高肿瘤医院临床、教学、科研水平;提高肿瘤医院收入;和谐医患关系有着重要意义。
This paper discusses the advantage on medical record follow-up management of digital processes,comparing with the traditional follow-up cancer patients medical record management,combines to clinical and research needs,and studies deeply the functional requirements of medical record follow-up software.Advanced MVC design model for software system architecture design,for the issues of software functionality for complex,future needs may change,and ensured the software system availability,flexibility and scalability.Practice shows that： The use of digital medical record follow-up management system is of great significance to improve the cancer hospital on the clinical,education and scientific research;improve cancer hospital revenue;harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
