稀硝酸对多壁碳纳米管的表面修饰

摘要 采用稀硝酸氧化法对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行表面修饰。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)以及X射线衍射(XRD)表征了样品的形貌与结构,采用Boehm滴定法测定了MWNTs表面的羧基含量。结果表明,经稀硝酸表面修饰后,MWNTs的晶体结构遭到一定程度的破坏,但并没有影响其石墨结构,在MWNTs的表面引入了—COOH基团。 Muhiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were modified on surface by dilute nitric acid. The morphology and structurr of MWNTs modified were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , - IR, and X - ray diffraction. The content of carboxyl group on the surface of MWNTs were determined by Boehm titration method. The result showed that the crystalline structure of MWNTs were damaged to some content after being modified by dilute nitric acid on its surface, but its graphite structure was not affected. The carboxyl groups were introduced to MWNTs' surface.
