摘要
可靠性作为衡量产品质量的一个重要指标,在机械设计中的应用越来越广泛。机械可靠性设计的关键是确定各个变量的分布类型,文章采用对数正态分布完成了圆柱齿轮传动可靠性设计,包括齿面接触疲劳强度可靠性设计和齿根弯曲疲劳强度可靠性设计。以应力-强度干涉理论为基础,以solidworks 2006为支撑平台,采用VS.net 2003为开发工具,应用ADO数据库访问技术,开发完成了齿轮传动可靠性设计软件,大大节省了工程设计时间和费用,提高了设计效率。
As an important indicator of measuring product quality,the application of reliability in the mechanical design is more extensive.the key of mechanical reliability design is to determine the distribution types of different variables.This paper has finished the reliability design of cylindrical gear transmission with lognormal distribution function,including the reliability design of the surface contact fatigue intensity and the flexural fatigue intensity of the gear root.By using the the theory of stress-strength interference,supporting platform of solidworks 2006 to prop up,developing tool of VS.net 2003 and the ADO database access technology,the reliability design software of gear drive is developed.This sofeware saves the design time and investment of the project and improves the design efficiency.
