摘要
本文通过分析发现,我国现行的汇率制度和强制结售汇制度使得外汇占款成为基础货币发行的渠道之一,由于汇率形成机制而被动释放出来的大量货币,导致国民经济产生波动。为了维护我国金融稳定,促进金融安全,必须进行汇率改革。本文研究揭示了人民币汇率选择的新特点,以期为制定汇率政策提供参考依据。
Based on relevent analysis,this paper finds that current exchange rate system and mandatory foreign exchange settlement system have pushed the increase of base money for the sterilization of foriegn exchange.The exchagne rate regime have passively released a large number of currency and leaded to fluctuation of national economy.The reform of exchange rate regime has become the top priority to maintain the financial stability and security.This paper reveals the new features of the RMB exchange rate options as a reference to the formulation of exchange rate policy.
