摘要
青海电网调度自动化系统自1997年投运至今,逐步暴露出软件功能不全、硬件故障频发的不安全隐患,无法适应当前电网自动化新技术发展的需要。为此,青海省电力公司决定建设一套符合当前电网发展的新一代省调自动化系统——青海电网运行控制与安全防御系统。文章通过对青海电网新老系统平滑过渡方案的研究与实施,确保了新老系统的平滑过渡,保证了省调运行值班人员在过渡实施阶段对电网的正常实时监控。
Since put into operation from 1996,Qinghai power grid dispatching automation system has exposed imperfection of software function and frequently occurring hardware fault,therefore it can not adapt to the requirement of power grid automation technology development,thus Qinghai Electric Power Corporation decided to establish a new generation of dispatching automation system which accord with current power grid development,that is operating control and security defense system of Qinghai power grid.The paper makes introduction on study and implemen for smooth transition scheme of Qinghai power grid dispatching old and new system,it ensures the smooth transition and power grid normal real-time monitoring for attendant during transition implement phase.
