摘要
文章主要论述了UG NX在医用手柄数控加工中的应用,利用UG NX中的建模功能设计了医用手柄的三维模型,并利用加工功能中的区域轮廓铣和点位加工完成了该零件的面、圆角和孔的加工,生成NC仿真加工及NC程序。
This paper expounds the application of UG NX in the medicinal handle NC machining.By using of modeling function of UG NX,the 3D model of medicinal handle was designed;the NC machining of the face,corner and hole of the medicinal handle was completed by using of COUNTOUR_AREA and DRILLING manufacturing function.The NC simulation machining and NC program were achieved.
