摘要
文章利用扫描电子显微镜/能量色散谱研究了粉煤灰对水热固相反应及脱硫反应的自催化作用。粉煤灰表面纳米级的SiO2、Al2O3、CaO微粒为形成硅铝酸钙的核心提供良好的原料;大量纳米级多余的SiO2不断插入硅铝酸钙的结晶体中,在一定程度上控制了反应速度,形成了粗大纤维状的水合硅酸单钙((CaO).SiO2.H2O)和水合硅酸双钙((CaO)2.SiO2.H2O)凝胶体;分布在表面的Fe元素促进了脱硫反应的发生。
Promoter action of fly ash to form Calcium-Based Absorbent in Hydrothermal Reaction was studied by Scanning Electron Microscope with Energy Disperse Spectrum(SEM/EDX) in the paper.SiO2,Al2O3,CaO nanoparticles on the surface of fly ash was the good reactants.Residual SiO2 nanoparticles decreased the reaction velocity by steric hindrance and with the hindrance high surface area of(CaO).SiO2.H2O and(CaO)2.SiO2.H2O was formed.The element of Fe on the surface of fly ash catalyzed the reaction of CaO and SO2.
