摘要
文章从安全文化建设的角度阐述了涂装车间的安全管理,涂装的安全文化建设主要从四个方面展开:安全物质文化、安全制度文化、安全行为文化和安全观念文化,并指出了各部分之间存在的相互促进的关系,安全物质文化是安全文化体系的最表层、最基础部分;安全制度的文化和安全行为文化是支柱;支承安全观念文化的形成,并反作用于其它三个方面。
Safety management of painting plant was discussed based on the construction of safety culture.Paint plant safety culture construct form four aspects： security material culture,security system culture,security behavior culture and security concept culture.That exist between the various parts of a mutually reinforcing relationship were pointed out.Security material culture was a matter of safety culture on the surface,and the most basic part.Security system of culture and security behavior culture is the mainstay of safety culture,which supports security concept culture.In turn,security concept culture adversely affects other three aspects.
