摘要
利用多元分析法对 49 个二棱型啤酒大麦育种材料的 7 个主要性状指标进行了主成份分析与聚类分析。主成份分析结果表明:第 1~6 主成份依次为:穗粒重、穗粒数、穗长、千粒重、株高、芒长等诸因子。在育种中,按照此排序,应协调好与产量密切相关的第 1~4 主成份之间的关系;为达到啤酒工业的要求应重视对千粒重这一指标的选择;另外,大麦极易倒伏,应特别注意矮杆后代的选择。聚类分析结果显示:将二棱型啤酒大麦分为以下 4 类:Ι类为千粒重高,植株高;Ⅱ类为穗长较短,其他穗部性状中等;Ⅲ类为穗短,穗粒数少,穗粒重和千粒重均低;Ⅳ类为分孽数多,穗较长,千粒重高。
By means of multielement analysis, 7 character indexes of 49 breeding material had been made by a main composition and cluster analysis in malting barley. The result showed main components from No.1 to No.6 were grain weight per ear, the numbers of grain per ear, ear length, 1000 grain weight, plant height, awn length in big and small order. In breeding, we should assort with the main components from No.1 to No.4 which have important relationship with yield and notice selecting height 1000 grain weight for the need of beer industry. We also need select plant lower in offspring. By cluster analysis, breeding material in malting barley were divided into 4 sorts, SortⅠ: height 1000 grain weight and height plant; Sort Ⅱ: middling degree in ear characters except of short ear length; Sort Ⅲ: low degree in all ear characters; Sort Ⅳ: more tillering numbers, shorter ear length and height 1000 grain weight.
