摘要
研究了缩节安浸种(12h )对无毒棉和抗虫棉幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明:在干旱条件下,经缩节安浸种的无毒棉、抗虫棉幼苗含水量总体下降较缓慢,相对电导率较低。干旱至最严重时,200m g/ L 缩节安处理的植物叶片中游离脯氨酸含量相对较低,超氧化物歧化酶活性较高,可溶性蛋白含量较高。200m g/ L 缩节安浸种处理的抗旱效果优于 50m g/ L 的。
The effect of mepiquat chloride (DPC) on the drought resistance of low phenol cotton and insect resistant cotton seedlings were studied. The results showed that many changes had occurred in the drought period when the cotton seeds was treated with DPC solution. Comparing with the control plant, the water content of leaves reduced slowly, relative conductivity was lower, the praline content in the leaves with 200mg/L DPC treated was lower, soluble protein content decreased gradually and SOD activity kept higher. The effect of 200mg/L DPC on drought resistance is superior to that of 50mg/L DPC.
