摘要
研究了四硼酸钠缓冲溶液(pH=9.2)中,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钠氧化苯酚红褪色的新指示反应,建立了测定痕量锰的新方法。该方法线性测定范围为0~500ng/25ml,检测限为6.1×10-10g/ml,用于茶叶、大米中痕量锰的测定,效果较好。
A new method for determination of trace manganese has been established.It is based on the new indicator reaction of the manganese catalytic oxidation decoloration of phenol red by sodium periodate in sodium teraborate buffer solution (pH=9.2).The linear range and detection limit for the determination of manganese are 0500g/25ml and 6.1 10-10g/ml.The method has been used for the determinatonu of trace manganese in tea and rice with satisfactory results.
