摘要
针对铝包光缆( O P G W) 生产线的控制特点,在英国 B W E 铝包钢生产线的基础上,增加了人工智能控制模块,使其满足铝包光缆这种新产品的工艺要求,并在 B P 神经网络的基础上,对训练算法进行了有效的改进,采用 Modified Powell 法来优化权值和阈值实验表明,这种方法对于加快网络收敛速度。
According to the controlling characteristics of the O P G W production line ,and based on thetechnology of English B W E C O the paper applies artificial intelligence to the Al/ Steel production line inorder to m eet the production requirem ent of O P G W . Based on B Pneural netw ork ,the authors use m odified Powell method to optimize the weight and threshold . The experiments show that they have good effect onincreasing learning speed and optimizing network .
