通过化学热力学计算,分析了中性渗钒盐浴中可能发生的化学反应,发现 Na F不参与盐浴中供钒剂与还原剂之间的化学反应其活化机理是 Na F通过与还原剂颗粒表面的反应产物反应,清洁了还原剂颗粒表面,使还原剂保持了活性,从而使渗钒盐浴中的活性 V
By calculation of chemical thermodynamics,we analysed some possible chemical reactions in netural vanadizing salt bath,and discovered that NaF doesn't participate in the reactions between the vanadizing source and reducing agent. The actual mechanism is that NaF reacted with the reaction product in the surface of reducing agent to clean the surface,thus the activity of the reducing agent was keeped,and the high concentration of the active V atoms in the salt bath was maintained.
