摘要 目的:研究急性血栓性大脑中动脉闭塞的磁共振DWI序列显示的梗死灶特点。方法:对45例急性血栓性大脑中动脉闭塞患者的影像及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:DWI检查显示急性血栓性大脑中动脉闭塞以多发病灶、皮质+皮质下梗死多见为特点;入院当日NIHSS评分与病灶体积对数没有显著相关性(r=0.210,P>0.05)。入院14日NIHSS评分与病灶体积对数有显著相关性(r=0.299,P<0.05)。结论:磁共振DWI序列检查对急性大脑中动脉闭塞的病因及预后判断有重要的提示作用。 Objective: To explore the features of diffusion - weighted MR imaging (DWI) in acute thrombotic MCAO infarction. Methods: Retrospective analyzed the images and clinical data of 45 acute thrombotic MCAO patients. Results:Acute thrombotic MCAO patients often appeared multiple lesions or cortical and sub - cortical infarction in diffusion weighted imaging. The infarct volume and NIHSS score of day admission did not appeared corre- lation (r = 0. 210,P 〉 0.05 ). But there was a fairly good correlation between the infarct volume and NIHSS score of day 14 (r = 0. 299, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The diffusion- weighted MR imaging(DWI) has guiding value both in determine the cause and prognosis of MCAO.
