摘要
本文旨在探索基于就业导向的英语专业商务方向人才培养模式。课程组编写了三套调查问卷,分别对实习和就业单位、毕业生、任课教师进行了匿名调查。统计数据表明,英语专业商务方向毕业生就业前景可观,但是培养模式滞后,课程体系需要大幅度改革。本文在借鉴三方建议的基础上,提出了一系列改革思路和措施。
This article aims to explore the employment - based talent cultivating model for English majors in business direction. Course group composed three sets of questionnaires and anonymously surveyed training and employment units, graduates, and teachers. Statistical data show that English majors in business direction have a promising future but the existing curriculum need to be substantially reformed. A series of reform methods and measures are offered in the thesis based on the recommendations.
