摘要
民营企业党建最突出的问题是未能融入企业经济活动中,特别是在公司治理结构中位置"缺失"。要改变民营企业党建"边缘化"这一现状,就应当针对民营企业公司治理的实际问题,加强党在民营企业外部治理环境建设方面的主导作用,探索民营企业党建嵌入公司董事会、监事会等内部治理结构的创新模式,从而切实发挥党的基层组织在民营企业发展中的重要作用。
The prominent problem of Party construction in the civil enterprises is that Party construction doesn＇t entry into the economic activities of the enterprises,especially losing the position in the corporate governance.For changing the phenomenon of the inefficacy of Party construction in the civil enterprise,it must to face to the practical problem of corporate governance of the civil enterprises,to strengthen the Party＇s leading effect to the aspect of the exterior governance environment construction of the civil enterprises,and to explore the innovative models of Party construction in the civil enterprises embedding the interior governance structures such as committee of directorate and board of supervisors,thereby to workably exert the important function of the grass-roots units of Party in the development of the civil enterprises.
