复方托吡卡胺与环戊通用于学龄儿童散瞳验光的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较0.5%复方托吡卡胺与1%环戊通用于学龄儿童睫状肌麻痹的效果。方法 212例年龄6~12岁的屈光不正患儿随机分为2组,分别给予0.5%复方托吡卡胺滴眼液(治疗组,n=75)和1%环戊通滴眼液(对照组,n=137)滴双眼,均点药3次,每次相隔5 min,最后一次点药30 min后行电脑自动验光。比较两组用药前后等效球镜(SE)值和柱镜(CP)值的变化。结果治疗组散瞳前后SE值分别为(-2.82±0.99)D和(-2.55±0.97)D,差异有统计学意义的显著性(P<0.001);CP值分别为(-0.68±0.66)D和(-0.67±0.60)D,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组散瞳前后SE值分别为(-2.31±1.22)D和(-1.99±1.20)D,差异有统计学意义的显著性(P<0.001);CP值分别为(-0.57±0.59)D和(-0.55±0.54)D,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组散瞳后SE值和CP值结果相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方托吡卡胺与环戊通用于6~12岁学龄儿童的睫状肌麻痹具有等效性。 Objective To compare the effect of 0.5% compound tropicamide and 1% cyclopentola.te for cycloplegia in school-age children. Methods A total of 212 children with ametropia whose age ranged from 6 to 12 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=75)were administered with 0.5% compound tropicamide ophthalmic solution, and those in control group (n=137) were administered with 1% cyclopentolate ophthalmic solution three times with 5 minutes intervals. Thirty minutes after the last drop, cycloplegic refraction was measured with autorefractomer. The differences of the values of spherical equivalence (SE) and cylindrical power (CP) before and after mydriasis were compared in both groups. Results In treatment group before and after mydriasis, the values of SE were (-2.82±0.99)D and (-2.55±0.97)D(P〈0.001), and the values of CP were (-0.68±0.66)D and (-0.67±0.60)D(P〉 0.05), respectively. In control group before and after mydriasis, the values of SE were (-2.31 ± 1.22)D and (-1.99±1.20) D (P〈0.001), and the values of CP were (-0.57 ±0.59) D and (-0.55 ± 0.54) D (P〉0.05), respectively. There were no significant differences in the values of SE and CP after mydriasis between two groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Both compound tropicamide and cyclopentolate are of the same effect in cycloplegic refraction for school-age children (age 6- 12).
