摘要
南水北调中线穿黄隧洞的安全运行对整个工程的安全运行至关重要。首先介绍了隧洞的运用要求和监测系统布置情况。重点阐述了隧洞运行的风险因子,包括隧洞纵向不均匀沉降、地震作用、隧洞超标运用、衬砌防排水、空蚀与磨蚀。研究认为,在各种不利工况下,隧洞接缝变形满足防渗要求,抗震能力强;具有可靠的防排水措施,水渗漏问题不构成控制隧洞安全运行的条件;隧洞运行不存在高速水流和泥沙磨蚀影响,可满足长期安全运行要求。
The operation safety of the tunnel crossing Yellow River is absolutely critical to the normal operation of the whole Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion(MRP-SNWD).The operation requirements and layout of monitoring devices of the tunnel are introduced.We emphasize the risk factors of the tunnel operation,including uneven longitudinal settlement,seismic action,over-running,anti-seepage and drainage of lining,cavitation and abrasion.It is believed that even under all unfavorable conditions,the displacement of tunnel joints can meet anti-seepage demands with high anti-seismic capacity;anti-seepage and drainage measures are dependable and water seepage is not the controlled condition for safety operation;the tunnel is not affected by cavitation and abrasion of high velocity flow and long-term safety operation can be guaranteed.
