摘要
目的研究秋水仙素(Ce)和秋水仙碱(Cd)对人外周血淋巴细胞有丝分裂效应的影响。方法应用外周血淋巴细胞培养法,分析有丝分裂指数(MI)和C有丝分裂效应。结果Ce和Cd的MI与相应对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<001),C有丝分裂效应Ce和Cd处理组与相应对照组之间差异亦有显著性(P<001)。MI和C有丝分裂效应,Cd的作用均较Ce强。并对C有丝分裂效应与非整倍体诱导活性之间的关系进行了讨论。结论C有丝分裂效应可作为化合物非整倍体诱导活性的评价指标。
Objective To study the effect of Colchine(Ce) and Colcemid(Cd) on C mitotic effects in human lymphocytes. Methods The mitotic index and C mitoses were analysed in human lymphocytes by conventional cell culture method. Results MI of Ce and Cd was significantly higher than in the controls. The corresponding frequencies of cells in class C E were significant different between the treatment groups and the control ones. Either MI or C mitoses of Cd was more strong than Ces. The correlation between C mitotic effects and the induction of aneupolidy were discussed. Conclusion The C mitotic effects might provide a useful measurement for the indication of aneuploidy of chemicals.
