摘要
高硫煤是一种重要的煤炭资源,因环保原因,高硫煤被沦为劣质煤,价格低廉。文章结合捣固炼焦特点,适当配吃一定比例的高硫煤,控制焦炭硫分在0.75%～0.8%之间,在保证焦炭质量前提下可降低成本,值得研究。并以北营焦化厂捣固炼焦为例,加以论证说明,以期获得更全面的认识和更客观的评价。
High sulfur coal is an important coal resource,but by the reason of environment protection,it is come down and become inferior and cheap coal.Combining with the characteristics of tamped coking,the paper expounds that if we add particular portion of high sulfur coal to coking coal to maintain proper match which controls the sulfur content within 0.75%——0.90%,so we not only provide the coke quality,but also reduce its cost.Taking the practice of Beiying coking plant as example,the paper discusses and proves the feasibility of matched coking.
