摘要
目的 研究消化管类癌中分化抗原(chrom ogranin A),浸润转移相关抗原urokinase,培殖细胞核抗原( P C N A)及细胞凋亡相关抗原 B M1 的表达与该肿瘤恶性程度的关系。方法 应用免疫组化技术( S A B法)检测随访 8 年以上的 13 例(其中无转移 9 例,其他器官转移 4 例)消化管类癌肿瘤组织中chrom ogranin A,urckinase, P C N A 及 B M1 的表达状况,并分析这些基因产物表达与该肿瘤恶性程度的关系。结果 未转移9 例中chrom ogranin A 5 例,urokinase 2 例阳性, P C N A 与 B M 1 全部阴性。转移4 例中chrom ogranin A 1 例,urokinase 2 例阳性, P C N A与 B M1 全部阳性。结论 肿瘤细胞增殖与凋亡基因产物表达的共同上调可能与消化管类癌的恶性程度相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the malignancy and gene product expressions in gastrointestinal carcinoid.Methods Immunohistological stain was used to detect gene product expressions of chromogranin A,urokinase,proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and apoptotic antigen(BM 1) of tumor cells in 13 cases with carcinoids of gastrointestinal tract(9 cases without metastasis and 4 cases with metastasis)that were followed up for more than 8 years.Results Tumor cells were positive for chromogranin A,urokinase,PCNA and BM 1 in 5,2,0 and 0 cases without metastasis,but 1,3,4 and 4 cases with metastasis respectively.Conclusion The up regulation of cell proliferation with apoptosis seems to be related to metastatic potential of carcinoids and the detection of expressions of certain gene products in the tumor cells may help to predict the malignancy of gastrointestinal carcinoids.\;
