摘要
从美国大学生事务管理历史发展、结构模式、主要职责、目的以及专业化发展等方面,介绍和分析美国学生事务管理工作的法制化和规范化、系统化和专业化、人性化和自主化等特点,指出学生事务管理工作的主要职责是以学生的全面发展为最终目的,促进学生的学习和发展,提高学生的管理工作效能,强化服务意识。
This paper introduces the history,structure,key responsibilities,objectives and professionalization of American university student management.It also gives an analysis of its institutionalization and standardization,systematization and specialization,and its humanization and autonomy.The paper points out that,as the ultimate goal of student management is students＇ all-round development,we should raise our working efficiency and strengthen our service awareness so as to promote students＇ academic progress and development in other directions as well.
