摘要
采用多ADC并行采样结构是迅速提高数据采集系统实时采样率的重要途径。首先提出了一种大规模并行采集系统的总体方案;然后重点阐述了大规模并行采样技术实现与校正的若干关键技术:高速并行采样时钟的产生技术、并行采样数据触发点定位技术和非均匀采样实时校正技术;最后给出了实验结果与分析。采用上述关键技术的高速数据采集系统具有实现成本低、性能指标可靠、实时性高等优点。
The structure with multi-ADC parallel sampling can rapidly increase the real-time sample rate of high speed data acquisition system. The whole diagram of a large-scale parallel sampling system is introduced. The technology of the generation of high speed parallel clock network, trigger point location and the real-time calibration of the non-uniform sampling are discussed. The experiment results are presented and analyzed. This high speed data acquiring system has the merits of low-cost, reliable performance and real-time.
