摘要
目的探讨内镜下钛夹钳夹加高频电凝电切法切除大肠息肉的临床价值。方法 2005年1月～2010年6月对23例结肠息肉患者采取钛夹钳夹后电凝电切法切除结肠息肉。结果共计电凝切息肉23例28颗。息肉直径1.5～8.0cm,蒂直径0.6～1.5cm,除1例外所有息肉均成功切除,未发生大出血及穿孔,其中幼年性息肉5颗,绒毛管状腺瘤3颗,腺瘤性息肉18颗,增生性息肉2颗,术后随访3个月未发生出血,全组患者未见明显并发症及不良反应。结论对消化道息肉采取钛夹钳夹之后电凝电切法切除是一种操作简便、安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the titanium clips combined with high-frequency electroresection under endoscopy for colorectal polyps.Methods Totally 23 cases of colorectal polyps removal was conducted by way of high-frequency electroresection after polyps clamped by titanium clips from January 2005 to June 2010.Results Sample size was 23 cases with 28 polyps.Polyps＇s diameter was between 1.5-8.0cm,and pedicle diameter was between 0.6～1.5cm.All except one was successfully removed,without bleeding and perforation.These types of 28 polyps were 5 juvenile polyps,3 tubulovillous adenoma,18 adenomatous polyps,and 2 hyperplastic polyps.Furthermore no bleeding after followed up 3 months,no significant complications and adverse reactions occurred in all patients.Conclusions Titanium clips combined with high-frequency electroresection in colorectal polyps removal is simple,safe and effective.
