摘要
目的观察耳穴刺血治疗原发性痛经的疗效及预后。方法将114例患者随机分为耳穴组(60例)和西药组(54例)。耳穴组取神门、子宫、内分泌、皮质下、交感、肾、肝,用一次性5号注射针头刺络放血,西药组口服吲哚美辛肠溶片治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期后评定疗效。结果耳穴组总有效率为91.7%,西药组为77.8%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且耳穴组远期疗效优于西药组。结论耳穴刺血疗法对原发性痛经有显著的治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of pricking bloodletting at ear points on primary dysmenorrhea and its prognosis.Methods One hundred and fourteen patients were randomly allocated to an ear point group（60 cases） and a Western drug group（54 cases）.In the ear point group,Shenmen,Uterus,Endocrine,Subcortex,Sympathetic,Kidney and Liver were selected and pricking bloodletting was performed with a disposable size 5 syringe needle.The Western drug group took enteric coated indomethacin tablets.The therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups after 3 menstrual cycles.Results The total efficacy rate was 91.7% in the ear point group and 77.8% in the Western drug group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The long-term therapeutic effect was better in the ear point group than in the Western drug group.Conclusion Ear point treatment has a marked effect on primary dysmenorrhea.
