钢储罐顶盖子午线型单层球面网壳模态分析

摘要 对目前被广泛采用的石油化工钢储罐固定顶盖子午线型单层球面网壳进行了动力特性分析。在考虑钢储罐罐壁和顶盖支座刚接与铰接两种不同连接形式下,采用了子空间迭代法对子午线型球面网壳进行了无阻尼自由振动下的前400阶频率、周期和振型的结构特征对分析计算。结果表明,由于储罐罐壁刚度相对较大,带罐壁相互作用下的顶盖网壳整体模态与无罐壁独立网壳的模态基本一致,在频谱特性上无显著差异,网壳与罐壁连接采用刚接或铰接不同支座约束条件时对各阶模态影响不明显。同时还表明,子午线型单层球面网壳具有与三向网格形网壳相似的频谱密集、水平与竖向振型交替而呈无规律的基本动力特性;但不存在明显的频率跳跃现象,高阶振型在结构分析中起控制作用。 In this paper, the dynamic behaviors of single-layer meridional dome used widely in fixed roof of steel storage tank in petro-chemical industry were analyzed. Considering rigid and hinge two connection types between roof and tank wall, the frequency, period and mode of 400 orders under the free-vibration without damping were calculated using sub-space iteration method. The result have indicated that the whole modal of roof dome with tank wall is consistent with the modal of roof dome without tank wall due to larger rigidness of tank wall, and there is no distinct difference in behavior of frequency spectrum. It have been also found that the connection type of roof dome to tank wall, i. e support type, in rigid or hinge have no distinct influence to modal of each orders of roof dome. And it simultaneously indicated that comparing with three-dimensional, single-layer rneridional dome has the similar properties of dense fre- quency spectrum, irregular basic dynamics and mode alternation both in horizontal and vertical direction. But there is no obvious phenomena of frequency leapo The mode of high order will govern the result in structural analysis.
