摘要
清洁生产包括清洁的生产过程和清洁的产品两方面内容。清洁生产兼顾经济效益和环境效益，与可持续发展的观念相吻合，是实现可持续发展的重要手段。在我国推行清洁生产仍存在着观念障碍、技术障碍和经济障碍，因此，有必要改革环境影响评价制度，完善环境经济政策，建立清洁生产审计制度，并加强清洁生产宣传教育。
Clean production includes a clean production process and its
resulting a clean product. Clean production takes into account not only economic benefit but also
environmental benefit and it is an important means to carry out sustainable development. There
are a lot of obstacles in practicing clean production in China. We must reform our environmental
evaluation system, consummate our environment economy policy, set up a clean production
auditing system, and strengthen publicity on clean production.
