摘要
向家坝水电站二期工程大坝混凝土浇筑施工工期紧、工程量大、施工强度高。大坝浇筑采用多种施工机械组合施工方案,施工机械配套选择直接影响甚至决定工程的施工进度、质量与经济指标。采用计算机仿真方法,从施工工期、施工强度、机械设备利用率等方面,比较分析了向家坝大坝施工中塔带机和缆机结合的几种混凝土浇筑方案,论证了二期大坝采用3台塔带机和3台平移式缆机为主要浇筑手段,辅以部分门塔机补充浇筑方案的合理性。
The concrete placement in the second construction phase of Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station has a higher intensity because of shorter constructing period and larger concrete volume. The dam concrete placement adopts a combination of different construction equipments, and the equipment matching will direct influence construction progress, quality and economic indicators. Different combinations of tower belt machines and shift-type cable machines are simulated from the aspects of construction period, construction strength and utilization rate of equipment. The simulation shows that the matching scheme of taking three tower belt machines and three sets of shift-type cable machine as main means of pouring and supplemented by gate towers is reasonable.
