摘要 从机床结构来说,电主轴和加工刀具是影响立式车铣复合加工中心精度的最直接因素。针对电主轴,开展基于电流法的车铣复合加工中心电主轴工作精度监测系统的研究;针对切削加工刀具,综合采用电机电流信号和声发射信号对刀具状态进行监测。 The accuracy of vertical milling complex machining center was influenced most directly by spindle and cutting tools from the view of machine structure.Aiming at the electric spindle,the precision monitoring system on running of the electric spindle was researched based on current law for working of the composite machining center.Aiming at the cutting tools,the states of the tools were monitored by comprehensively using of motor current signal and acoustic emission signals.
