摘要
为了观察连续给予壮威口服液对大白鼠所产生的毒性反应，用其对大白鼠进行了３个月的长期毒性试验。结果：给药结束和停药恢复２周后，大白鼠行为体征、生长发育正常；重要脏器指数、血常规和血液生化指标均为正常；重要脏器病理切片检查未发现异常。表明壮威口服液无明显毒性，适于临床长期服用。
To observe the toxic reaction of rats when given Zhuangwei oral liquid continuously the toxicity test had been taken for three months. The results showed that the behavior, physical sign, growing development, major organ index, blood routine examination and blood biochemical criterion of rats were normal, major organs were not found abnormity on pathological section after stoping medicine and two weeks later. Zhuangwei oral liquid was revealed to be no distinct toxic. It was adapted in long term clinical use.
