摘要
师资人才是高校的办学主体之一,地方高校改进师资人才引进工作必须紧紧围绕“为什么要引进人才,引进什么样的人才,怎样引进人才”这个基本问题,因地制宜地对师资人才引进策略、引进方式进行研究,提高人才引进工作水平,实现人才引进工作的健康、理性、可持续发展。
The teaching staff are one of the main bodies in running a school. The teaching staff recruitment in local universities should focus on the principal question of 'the reason and types and methods of recruitment'. The strategy and method of teaching staff recruitment should be researched in line with the local conditions to improve quality of the teaching staff introduction and realize a healthy, rational and sustainable development.
