摘要
目的通过对自体颅骨不同保存方法超微结构的研究确定最适宜的颅骨骨瓣保存方法。方法对经过酒精浸泡、皮下埋植和深低温冷冻的颅骨骨瓣保存前后的超微结构、骨密度及骨应力的改变分别进行对比研究。结果酒精浸泡保存的颅骨骨瓣超微结构改变明显,物理性质下降,深低温保存的颅骨骨瓣次之,皮下埋植保存的颅骨骨瓣最接近于新鲜颅骨。结论经皮下埋植保存的颅骨骨瓣最接近于新鲜颅骨,其方法简单,易于推广。
Objective To observe the differences in ultrastructure of autogenous skull with different preservation methods in or- der to explore the most appropriate preservation methods for preserving bone flap of skull. Methods Three kinds of preservation methods were used,that were alenhol soaking, subcutaneous implantation and cryopreservation. The change of the uhrastructure, bone density and strain of the skull in the three kinds of methods were compared. Results Bone flap of skull preserved in alcohol has obvious ultrastructure change, and its physical properties was in bad eondition. The qualities of the skull in Cryopreservation was superior than that of Alcohol soaking, but inferior to that of subcutaneous implantation. Conclusions The quality of bone flap of skull preserved in subcutaneous implantation,simple and easy to spread,was ch)sest to that of fresh skull.
